Versa’larm™ - Septic Tank Alarm – Indoor Mounted

The Versa’larm Tank Alarm notifies you if the level in your septic tank is too high. The Versa’larm Septic Tank Alarm contains an alarm box (Fig. 1) and a Unimax float switch (Fig 2). The alarm box (Fig. 1) is mounted inside of a house or building. The Unimax float switch (Fig. 2) is mounted in the septic tank, either strapped to the discharge pipe, or hanging in the tank with an external weight. The Unimax switch floats on top of the liquid in the tank. When The Unimax float rises to the activation level (approximately the same level as the pipe clamp or external weight), it will send a signal to the alarm box, which will sound a buzzer and illuminate the red alarm light. Additional water sensors and an Auto Dialer can be added to the system. Other options are also available.

Versa’larm™ - Septic Tank Alarm –Outdoor Mounted

The Versa’larm SepticTank Alarm notifies you if the level in your septic tank is too high. The Versa’larm Septic Tank Alarm contains an alarm box (Fig. 1) and a Unimax float switch (Fig 2). The alarm box (Fig. 1) is mounted on the outside of a home or building (Fig. 3), on a post near the septic tank (Fig. 4) or anywhere indoors or outdoors that is most convenient. The Unimax float switch (Fig. 2) is mounted in the septic tank, either strapped to the discharge pipe, or hanging in the tank with an external weight. The Unimax switch floats on top of the liquid in the tank. When The Unimax float rises to the activation level (approximately the same level as the pipe clamp or external weight), it will send a signal to the alarm box, which will sound a buzzer and illuminate the red alarm light. Other options are also available.

Versa’larm™ - Sump Alarm

The Versa’larm Sump alarm notifies you if the level in your sump pit or sump basin is too high. The Versa’larm Septic Tank Alarm contains an alarm box (Fig. 1) and a WaterSpotter Probe (Fig 2). The alarm box (Fig. 1) is mounted inside of a house or building. The WaterSpotter Probe (Fig. 2) is mounted in the sump pit or sump basin, either strapped to the discharge pipe, or through a hole on top of the tank. When the water in the sump makes contact with the bottom of both probes, the alarm will active, sounding the buzzer and illuminating the red alarm light on the alarm box. Additional water sensors and an Auto Dialer can be added to the system . Other options are also available.

Versa’larm™ - Flood Alarm

The Versa’larm Flood Alarm notifies you of rising water near floor drains, washing machines, water heaters, condensate overflow pans and any other areas that have the potential to flood or be damaged by excess water. The Versa’larm Flood Alarm contains an alarm box (Fig. 1) and a WaterSpotter (Fig 2). The alarm box (Fig. 1) is mounted inside of a house or building. The WaterSpotter (Fig. 2) is mounted near trouble areas such as washing machines, floor drains and water heaters. The WaterSpotter is set on a flat surface. If your application requires the WaterSpotter to be secured to the surface its monitoring you can use the double sided adhesive that is on the bottom of the WaterSpotter, or you can use mounting screws on the sides of the WaterSpotter. A popular accessory to the Flood Alarm is an Auto Dialer. The Auto Dialer will call and notify you of an alarm condition. Other options are also available.

Furnace Fail™ Alarm

The Furnace Fail notifies you by telephone or pager if the furnace in your lake cabin, home or office fails. If your furnace fails, the temperature drops causing the pipes to freeze and break. The water damage caused by broken pipes can be extremely expensive and dangerous. The Furnace Fail contains an Auto Dialer (Fig. 1) and a present temperature sensor (Fig. 2). The Auto Dialer and temperature sensor are mounted indoors near a phone jack. When the temperature in your home or office drops below 40 degrees it will call up to 4 phone numbers of people you want notified. i.e. Your cell phone, neighbors, service technicians or whomever you program into the Auto Dialer. It will play a 16 second message that you pre record into the Auto Dialer (similar to recording your voicemail message on your phone). Other options are also available.

Phone-A-Stat™

Control your thermostat plus three other household devices from a touchtone phone or cell phone. Save money by leaving your heat or air conditioning down during the day, then turn up your heat, or turn on your air conditioning by telephone before you get home from work or vacation. You can also control lights and other equipment. The Phone-A-Stat contains a command center (Fig. 1) and an optional digital thermostat (Fig. 2). The command center is connected to a phone line and the optional thermostat is connected to your furnace or ac unit. When you call the Phone-A-Stat you can change the temperature in your home or active other equipment. You can also manually operate this equipment with the switches on the command center. Other options are also available.
